Our journey began in a little garage on Lemmon Ave. in Dallas, TX! Hints the name LEMMON…
We started roasting coffee as a hobby - filling our neighborhood with that sweet java scent. Passerby were lured in by the smoke trail and intrigued with our fire-roasted process.
So, we printed out some Lemmon Drop Coffee Co. labels, and gifted folks with jars of our “Funky.Fresh.” coffee. After receiving rave reviews, we jumped into pursuing our dream of opening a local coffee roasting business.
Now we continue to grow as a roaster, pop-up coffee shop, and an espresso bar events company, and we are excited to spread our fire-roasted coffee throughout Dallas!

Fire-Roasted Coffee:
We are a small batch coffee roaster that delivers and serves coffee within days of being roasted. Brewing and experimenting with coffee is fun, and we want to help be a part of your coffee game!
Pop-up Coffee Shop Events:
You can book the Lemmon Drop Pop-up Coffee Shop, Espresso Bar, & Cold Brew Pushcart to bring the local coffee shop experience to your next event!
